A daily meditation and mindfulness practice is perhaps the single best investment you can make in today’s demanding world - so congratulations on making the decision to reconnect with your Self and awaken your inner abundance.


Over the next 9 days, you’ll join my wife Dr. Puja Shah and I, and thousands of kindred spirits across the world on a journey of meditation for joy, success, prosperity and fulfillment.


On each day you’ll receive:

  • One immersive guided meditation session hosted by Dr. Puja Shah (5 - 15 minutes)
  • One simple Deep Dive tool or exercise you can use at any time to amplify your personal power and wellbeing (5 - 15 minutes)

Here’s a brief description for each day of your journey:

Day 1: We’ll begin by connecting to your Core and expanding your consciousness with a powerful breathing exercise

Day 2: You’ll then move on to exploring your Soul’s innermost desire through a guided meditation and written exercise.

Day 3: Next, we’ll activate your 8 inner powers through deep meditation, and reconnect you with your deepest truths.

Day 4: The next step is using meditation to amplify your awareness of the abundant assets, people and opportunities that can make your dreams come true.

Day 5: Through deep contemplative practice, the next day empowers you to take decisive and effective steps towards accomplishing your desires.

Day 6: The next focus is on building your inner wall of protection against potential setbacks - plus an exercise to identify your true weaknesses.

Day 7: As you approach the end of your journey, we’ll then use guided meditation and deep breathing to cleanse you of any remaining negativity or impurity that may slow you down.

Day 8: On your penultimate day, we’ll focus on finally accomplishing your deepest desire - plus one of Napoleon Hill’s most powerful (and controversial) visualization exercises.

Day 9: The final step is to lock in your newfound creation powers, and experience Project:Yourself’s ultimate manifesting exercise.

Dr. Puja Shah and I understand that getting meditation right - and reaping its full rewards - is challenging for so many people. The mind chatter, the restlessness, the lack of focus… these are just some of the obstacles that stop most of us from making full use of this life-changing practice.

And so our primary goal on this experience is to give you the lifelong ability to enter a consistently deep, calming, transformational state of meditation as quickly as snapping your fingers.

Here are 6 important tips for getting the most out of the Inner Riches Meditation Experience:

  • Starting tomorrow, you’ll receive a daily email notifying you that the day’s guided meditation has been unlocked (use the navigation buttons on the left to cycle through unlocked days). Just keep an eye on your inbox! And remember to...
  • Set aside about 15 minutes of daily quiet time for the next 9 days, to go through each day’s guided meditation and exercise. This is time for YOU - so silent your phone, log off Facebook, dim the lights, and get comfortable. Busy? Bear in mind that one of the many benefits of meditation is that it stimulates your mind, and boosts your creativity, intuition, focus and productivity long after your meditation session ends - meaning it saves you time in the long run.
  • Practice your meditations and Deep Dive exercises! Meditation is like working out - the more commitment you put into it, the better your results.
  • Don’t worry if you miss a day or two. Once a day is unlocked, it will become permanently available to you - so just pick up where you left off. On your first run through, we recommend experiencing each day’s guided meditations and exercises in the correct order.
  • You’ll find a comments section at the bottom of each day’s lesson page (including this introduction page). Enrich your experience by sharing your thoughts and meditative outcomes with the community.
  • A shared experience is a better experience. So why not invite a loved one to take the experience with you?
